Charting Your Progress

Keeping track of your progress can be a real motivation helper. By looking at the actual numbers, both in terms of measurements and the scale, you can objectively see the improvements you make.

It is important not to use just one measure, such as your weight, to judge your progress. Sometimes your weight may not budge for weeks, but your waistline will show improvement. By using the LifeHub Weight Loss Journal, you can use a simple tape measure to take your measurements when you start your healthy eating program and keep track of them over 12 weeks and beyond.

In addition to your measurements, you will be weighing yourself and using your Body Mass Index to keep track of how you're doing.

To get your LifeHub Weight Loss Journal, go to the LifeHub Exercise area, click on Worksheets and download the "Weight Loss Journal". You can also calculate your Body Mass Index using the simple calculator located under Tools in the Fitness area.
