You need a challenge to move you along. If you start a program now, you will almost certainly fail because you have not prepared yourself for the inevitable setbacks and road blocks that occur when someone tries to change. Many people in the Challenge Stage attempt change only because others want them to. You should make a list of the pros and cons of change and start learning about the consequences of keeping your current habit(s). If you do choose to make that list - consider yourself in the Awareness Stage!
