Work Stress

In an ideal world, the right employees are hired for the right jobs and they have ongoing orientation and training as to how to match their skills with tasks demanded by the job. Unfortunately that is easier said than done. In the real world, many employees find themselves in highly stressful work situations, which result in diminished performance and can have a very negative impact on health. In the new high tech global economy, the stress levels continue to increase. More employees are under stress and more organizations have resulting losses in productivity and increased health care costs. Research has made it clear that stress at work is a function of both environmental demands on an employee and that person’s perceived inability to address those demands.

Stress is a product of BOTH the conditions and your way of handling those conditions. A stress program must address both. In this LifeHub Learning Pathway we will help you do just that.
