Quantitative overload is the product of having too much to do in too little time. Taking work home evenings and weekends just to keep up or assignments that require more time to complete than the time available in the workday are examples of this type of overload. Quantitative overload would be too much for virtually anyone. Not just for you. It can be a product of a poorly planned job or as a product of time drains like meetings or duplication of effort.
