Qualitative overload, also a form of overwork, has more to do with the match between the person and the work than the total amount of work. Perhaps assigned tasks are too complicated or difficult for you. Or perhaps you have been promoted into a supervisory role without any leadership training. It could be that you simply take on too much because you cannot say no.
