Our goals are:

1. To help you learn about the benefits of being fit.

2. To learn how different kinds of exercise are good for different kinds of people.

3. To help you choose the kind of program that will work best for you and your lifestyle.

4. To help you make exercise a permanent part of your life.

The information and advice we provide is based on scientific studies and not on fads or “get fit quick” schemes. Like it or not, the only way to truly obtain and maintain good health is through exercise. While you don’t have to become a fanatic to see the benefits, a few changes in lifestyle will be necessary.
