Three Part Plan
 

Now it’s time to formalize all those thoughts you’ve been having about what kind of exercise plan will work for you. Remember, no plan is set in stone. One of the keys to success is evaluation and tweaking when necessary.

Your plan will have three parts. Aerobics, stretching and strengthening. You may not want to start all of them the same week, but it is important to include all three in your plan over time.

Choose dates when you will begin each activity. (Note: Stretching will be a part of your warm up for aerobic and strengthening activities, and some light aerobic exercise should also be a part of your strength training warm up.)
