Pick A Date

One of the reasons so many people fail in their efforts to exercise is because they don’t have a plan for change. They haven’t really thought out what kind of fitness program they are most likely to enjoy and benefit from for life. Without a plan that includes how you will handle the inevitable barriers that come your way, you are less likely to succeed. We want to help you prepare for all the positives and negatives that will be coming your way on your journey to physical fitness.

Now it’s time to mentally prepare to start a program; time to think of ways to incorporate additional activity in to your everyday life. Then it’s time to take those thoughts and put them in to a plan. We will also work on preparing your environment for a fit lifestyle. We will be setting goals and making an initial Plan of Action.

The first step is setting a date for when the Action is to begin. Get out your calendar and pick a date for implementing your plan. It can be next week or the week after. It can be the first of next month. Go ahead and pick whatever date works best for you. It can be a Monday or even a Saturday, whatever you prefer. Pick a date.
