Exercise is a subject that causes moans and groans for most of us, but also something that can significantly improve the quality of our lives. Congratulations! By starting on this pathway, you have taken the first step to learning more about exercise and beginning the journey to lifelong fitness.


Along the Pathway to Fitness, you will learn about the benefits of exercise, myths about what exercise can and cannot do for you, and what happens to your body when you don’t exercise. We will help you learn about your own patterns of behavior and decide how best to include exercise in your daily life.
