Welcome. The title of this pathway is Foundation for Performance. In a world of increasing stress we must all learn to perform under pressure. All too often we do the wrong things in hopes of improving performance. Longer and longer hours, less and less sleep and living a life electronically tethered to work is not the way to optimal performance. It is the way to steadily diminishing returns. We should learn not from the 'work-a-holic' who equates activity with success, but from atheletes who must perform at their best day after day, week after week and month after month. We should build upon knowledge of the human mind and body.
In this pathway you will learn more about performance under stress. You will meet Fred, the stressed exec, and The Pro, who also has some expertise in performance psychology. Learn with Fred as you walk the golf course with them.
