As with all LifeHub Learning Pathways navigation is an easy matter. At the bottom center of each page will be these three navigation buttons:

This button will take you back to the index and goals page. From the index and goals page you can select your own pathway.

This button will take you to the next learning screen. Use this button to go to the next page and use this button to complete the program in sequence.

This button will take you to the very end of the pathway. If you remember where you were you can return by way of the index page.

In this pathway there will be __ screens. The number of the screen will be in the center at the bottom and the total number of screens. In that way you can tell just where you are in the pathway. The whole program, including activities, will take from __ to __ minutes of your time, depending on where you are in deciding to quit. You can do it all in one sitting or break it up as you wish.
